HENZE cooperates with geba Kunstoffcompounds GmbH on polymer compounds
HeBoFill® Boron Nitride fillers widen the capabilities and the application range of high performance polymers tailor-made. To offer best services to its customers in the plastics processing industry HENZE cooperates with geba Kunststoffcompounds GmbH in Ennigerloh / Germany. The company ranks as a leading compounder for high performance polymers in Europe.
Quality Certification maintained
In line with expectations, HENZE have successfully passed the latest quality audit. HENZE have been commended on their quality systems, as a result of which the quality certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2001 has been extended for another year.
To maintain the certification, it was a requirement to be able to demonstrate that the quality requirements of customers are being met on a continuous basis, and that the relevant statutory regulations are also met.
We are therefore proud to be able to demonstrate the ongoing quality of our products and services - through both positive customer feedback as well as our continuing quality certification.
Electroplating: Wetting agent for dispersion plating with boron nitride
It is by no means easy to incorporate powdered substances such as Boron Nitride into electrogalvanic or autocatalytic dispersion layers. In order to obtain a homogeneous distribution the particle surface must receive a suitable treatment. After a period of intensive testing HENZE BNP is able to present novel coating systems containing the patented wetting agent HeBoWet® 100. Our new HeBoCoat® Galvanic Suspensions are ready-to-use liquid preparations that can be incorporated directly into the galvanic bath. Using Boron Nitride in plating industries
Boron Nitride is of increasing interest for the plating industries as it outperforms dispersion plating with PTFE. Platings with incorporated HeBoFill Boron Nitride particles can be post-heat treated and show a very low coefficient of friction well above the maximum temperature of use of Graphite, Molydenumdisulfide and PTFE. For the adaptation of HeBoFill to platers individual bath conditions HENZE set up collaborations with independent electroplating institutes.
